Armtex Gruop

Gevorg & Vahan LTD was founded in the Republic of Armenia, in February of 2000.The company produced underwear for Women, Men and kids, towels and hats also. 95% of companies production was exported and the rest of goods were sold in domestic market in Company Shops.

In July 2014 was founded Armtex Group LTD, which main role is to make Armenia as a brand become more recognized. Nowadays Armtex Group LTD is producing underwear line named Gevorg & Vahan(GV) to emphasize the history of production

Our activities

2001

production of the company was exported. Production main market was Canada, USA and Russian Federation.

2002

new production line was build, which allowed increasing production and settling a fabric generating unit. The numbers of employees become more than 100.

2003-2004

Company build a new fabric finishing Unit, Company become more independent from imported fabric, up to 120 employees were working.

2005

launched piled towel fabric finishing plant.

2008-2014

company was busy with recovering before crisis production abilities, as a result company enrolled new workers, signed few contracts with big retailers.
